Chicory root fibre is a label-friendly term often used for inulin extracted from chicory. Inuluxe™ is purified chicory root inulin with ≥90% inulin on dry basis — a defined, high-purity ingredient.

INULUXE 90 is published at ≥90% inulin on dry basis* with average DP > 10. INULUXE AG, LC and HS are selected for agglomeration, chain length and solubility respectively — confirm each grade on the current specification and lot COA.

Yes. Highly soluble with a generally neutral taste — used in RTD drinks, juices, functional beverages, sports nutrition and plant-based drinks. Validate clarity, sensory and dose in your finished beverage.

Inulin provides bulk and mouthfeel that helps support sugar reduction and fat reduction systems. It is not a 1:1 sugar replacer, but it can support reformulation when combined with sweeteners or fat systems.

FOS is typically shorter-chain; resistant dextrin is a starch-derived soluble fibre. Inuluxe™ is selected when chicory-root sourcing plus fibre enrichment and formulation functionality matter. See our comparison pages.

Typical packaging is 20 kg multilayer paper with food-grade inner liner. Shelf life is 24 months under recommended storage for sealed product.
